When the weather is inclement, the Harford County Health Department follows the delayed opening/closure of Harford County government. If the Health Department opening is delayed due to weather conditions and an H1N1 clinic is scheduled, persons with appointments scheduled earlier than the opening time may receive their H1N1 vaccination on a walk-in basis anytime later that day. All others should keep their appointments as scheduled.
